Watson St is a marketing consultancy built around strategy, storytelling and creative direction. Founded by Rebekah, Watson St brings together over 13 years’ experience across hospitality, events, lifestyle and consumer marketing, supporting businesses to understand their audience, refine their message and create marketing that feels authentic to who they are.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with brands at every stage of their journey — from launching new concepts and building communities, to refreshing established businesses and helping them evolve into their next chapter.
My approach has always been rooted in understanding the bigger picture. Great marketing is not simply about creating more content or being present on more channels; it’s about knowing what makes a brand different, why people should care and how every touchpoint works together to tell that story.
Through strategy, content and communications, Watson St supports ambitious businesses across hospitality, lifestyle, property, tourism and premium consumer sectors — brands where experience, connection and storytelling sit at the heart of what they do.
Whether supporting a launch, evolving an established brand or becoming an extension of an existing team, the goal is always the same: creating thoughtful marketing that helps businesses connect with the people who matter most.

Watson St was created from a belief that businesses often have incredible stories to tell, but finding the right way to communicate them can be challenging.
My role is to step back, ask the right questions and help brands understand where they are today, where they want to go and what needs to happen next.
Over the years, I’ve built a trusted network of specialists across content, marketing, PR, journalism, digital and creative industries. This allows Watson St to bring together the right expertise for each project — whether that’s photographers and videographers, SEO specialists, web developers, designers or PR contacts. Rather than offering a fixed approach, every project is shaped around what your business genuinely needs.
The result is a considered, collaborative approach that combines strategic direction with the specialist skills required to bring ideas to life.


BEYOND WATSON ST
Inspired by the places, people and experiences around us, the world behind Watson St extends far beyond marketing.
I’ve always been fascinated by the details that make experiences so special... the independent restaurant with a story behind it, the destination people pin in their 'saves', the local business creating a genuine sense of community.
Travel, food, hospitality and live music have always shaped my life, so it felt natural to build my business around these loves. Exploring new places constantly influences how I think about storytelling, and the details that make brands memorable.
This curiosity led to the launch of Watson St Dispatch, a space exploring the people, places and businesses that deserve to be celebrated.
Alongside this, I created The Stockport Dispatch to showcase the independent hospitality, wellness and lifestyle businesses that make Stockport such an exciting place to live, work and visit.
MORE THAN BUSINESS
Marketing with purpose...
Alongside commercial projects, I’ve always made space for work that has a wider purpose. I believe communication has the ability to create awareness, challenge perceptions and bring people together. Using creativity, strategy and storytelling to support causes that matter has always been an important part of my work.
I work with selected community and purpose-led projects where the impact of the work is as important as the commercial outcome. These projects are approached with the same level of care, strategy and expertise as any other partnership, while being structured in a way that makes them accessible for organisations with limited resources.
Right To Walk
Joining a collective of hospitality leaders campaigning for safer streets for women. The initiative brought together voices from across the hospitality industry to highlight the challenges women face travelling home safely and encourage wider conversations around safety.
Greater Manchester Combined Authority — #IsThisOK Campaign
Contributing insight through focus groups supporting the development of Greater Manchester’s Gender-Based Violence Strategy, before providing consultation around the messaging and creation of the #IsThisOK campaign. The campaign aimed to encourage conversations with men and boys around behaviours that contribute to gender-based violence and formed part of Greater Manchester’s wider commitment to tackling violence against women and girls.
Survivors West Yorkshire
Supporting a charity dedicated to male survivors of sexual abuse through communications support and campaign projects designed to raise awareness and strengthen engagement.
