CONNECTING PEOPLE & PLACES
At Watson St, we believe the most powerful communications start with understanding people.
Alongside our work with hospitality, lifestyle and destination brands, we have supported campaigns, organisations and community initiatives that use storytelling to create connection, encourage conversations and bring people together.
From making cities feel safer, to amplifying important conversations around wellbeing, inclusion and support, our approach is always rooted in finding the human story behind the message.
Because whether we are promoting a restaurant, championing a local business or supporting a social cause, the principle remains the same: people connect with stories they can see themselves in.
RIGHT TO WALK

As a founding member, I supported campaign strategy, communications, PR, social media and partnership activity, helping transform a grassroots conversation into a city-wide movement.
My role included supporting outdoor advertising campaigns, coordinating campaign photography, securing media opportunities and acting as a spokesperson across regional and national media.

GMCA / ANDY BURNHAM'S GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE BOARD CONSULTATION
#IsThisOK CAMPAIGN CONSULTATION
Following the work of Right To Walk, I was invited to contribute insight and communications support to Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s #IsThisOK campaign, developed under the leadership of then Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham (now Prime Minister).
The campaign was created to challenge everyday harassment and encourage men and boys to reflect on behaviours that contribute to women and girls feeling unsafe, recognising that creating safer communities requires collective responsibility across all genders.
I provided community insight and consultation, helping shape campaign messaging and ensure the communications reflected real experiences of women across Greater Manchester.
Campaign impact:
-
Campaign video achieved 5M+ views, supporting a wider public conversation around prevention, education and behaviour change.
-
Contributed to Greater Manchester’s 10-year Gender-Based Violence Strategy and ongoing work to improve safety across the city-region.
-
Supported a collaborative approach between civic leaders, community groups and lived-experience voices.
SURVIVORS WEST YORKSHIRE
